Refund Policy:

We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to allot for parking, bathroom breaks etc. In order for everyone to have the same experience, all games will start and end prompty at their scheduled times. If you are the only group in the game and you arrive after your scheduled start time, we unfortunately will have to deduct time off your game and no refunds or refunds will be given. If other groups are playing the same timeslot and you arrive after the game has begun, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE GAME and will have forfeited your tickets. Should you miss your scheduled timeslot, there will be no refunds and no rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, you must reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled timeslot, no exceptions. Should you need to reschedule, you must send us an email requesting to reschedule and also include the dates you wish to reschedule to. If you do not choose your new dates in your rescheduling request email, your tickets will be invalid. Our rooms are great for anyone 13 and over. No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Exceptions Please read over your purchase carefully. All sales are final. There are No Refunds for any reason. You agree that you will not evade, avoid or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to the tickets purchased. By purchasing these tickets you agree to not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase your tickets from.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not honor cancellations. Should you choose to cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your tickets.
